Covid Policy

Covid Policy

With the ongoing risk of Covid19 to our patients, staff, and everyone else in our community, Thrive is is operating under the best precautions for everyone’s safety. This means that all of our office staff are fully vaccinated, all contact surfaces are sterilized, and ample time is given to filter and circulate the air in our office inbetween appointments. In addition, to ensure that our office remains as safe as possible the below policies are in effect and may be updated as needed as the situation changes.

  • All patients and any guests they bring with them must be fully vaccinated, including a booster shot, and be 2+ weeks past their last shot.  Should Covid19 viral authorities indicate the need for additional booster shots, this may be required too, at that time.  Proof of vaccination must be shown at or before the time of your first appointment.  This requirement applies to all ages and any guests you bring, which includes children too young to be vaccinated.

  • All patients and guests must wear masks at all times unless directed by the provider (the patient may decline to lower/remove their mask at any point). Only CDC approved masks will be approved (face shields, single layer cloth ‘Buff’ style wraps or scarves, masks with vents or one way valves, single layer cotton/cloth masks, and some others, are not acceptable).  Masks must fully cover the mouth and nose at all times.  This requirement applies to all ages.

  • All patients and guests will be asked about current or recent symptoms, regardless of vaccination status.  Anyone who has symptoms, has been in contact with someone suspected to have Covid or has received a positive Covid test regardless of symptoms MUST notify us in advance as your appointment will be postponed until it can be considered safe to do so. Anyone who goes through an appointment against the above requirements will not be seen at our office again.
